Mesomorphs are characterised as athletic, strong, compact and naturally lean with excellent posture. Often, their shoulders are wider than their hips. Mesomorphs are natural athletes and tend to be lean and muscular without trying, known for having a “medium” build. Endomorphs have round, soft and curvy bodies, having the opposite characteristics of the ectomorphs. They have slow metabolisms, gain fat easily and have a hard time losing weight. They often have large frames, with hips that tend to be wider than their shoulders by a fair bit, creating a pear-shaped physique. Some of the sexiest singers and actresses are endomorphs.
Traits of an Endomorph:
- Smooth, round bodies
- Medium or large bones/ joints

- Short limbs
- High levels of body fat

To find your joint/ bone size there are two methods, use this body type calculator, or use your own wrist and fingers. Use your middle finger and thumb and encircle your wrist. If your middle finger and thumb overlap, you have a small joints/ bones and you’re an ectomorph. If your middle finger and thumb only touch, than you have middle sized joints/ bones, you’re a mesomorph. If your middle finger and thumb do not touch, than you’re larger boned/ jointed and you’re an endomorph.
